Commitment to Quality

J&R wants to raise the bar for others in the woodworking business. Our commitment to quality is evident in the materials we use and the methods we follow when building all custom pieces. Here’s examples of some of the practices we follow to ensure better craftsmanship of all our projects. Solid wood frames are sanded on all four sides and then both glued and screwed together. Doors and drawer fronts are sprayed flat to allow for better coating of the lacquer and sanded in between each coat for a smoother finish. All upper wall cabinets are built with the option of being able to add under cabinet lighting if the customer chooses. J&R offer the latest in cutting edge hinges and soft closers in all cabinets.

Philosophy

J&R Wood Products work closely with our clients to give them exactly what they want. We still believe the best way to customer satisfaction is personalized service and this starts by listening. By listening to your ideas and how you want the end product to function, we will help you transform those ideas into a solid, workable design. Years of experience have taught us a few things and we pass that information onto our clients so they may make informed decisions. Our goal is to design and build the custom cabinetry that meets your needs and looks fabulous in your home while making the process as painless as we can for our customers.

 Superior Craftsmanship

All work is done in house; J&R never contracts out so customers never need to worry about working with someone else. We take the measurements for all projects and lay them out using our 3D computer design program. We do all the construction with our small crew of handpicked employees, in our shop in Battle Ground, Washington. We deliver the handcrafted pieces to your home and install them so you can be sure the job is done right.
